A quick and easy air fryer lava cake ready in just 5 minutes. Perfect for a rich, gooey chocolate dessert.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips or chunks
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Pour half the batter into a greased ramekin.
- Place chocolate chips in the center, then cover with remaining batter.
- Air fry for 5 minutes until edges are set but center is molten.
- Let cool for 1 minute before serving.

- Use a toothpick to check doneness—edges should be firm.
- Adjust cook time slightly based on your air fryer model.
