Description
A quick and easy air fryer lava cake with a crispy exterior and gooey chocolate center.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips or chunks
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into a greased ramekin, filling halfway.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until edges are crispy but center is still soft.
- Let cool for 1-2 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Top with ice cream for extra indulgence.
