Description
A quick and easy air fryer lava cake with a gooey chocolate center.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add milk, oil, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased ramekin.
- Press chocolate pieces into the center.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until edges are set but center is soft.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Do not overcook to keep the center gooey.
- Use microwave-safe ramekins if unsure about air fryer safety.
- Top with ice cream or powdered sugar for extra flavor.
