Description
A quick and easy air fryer lava cake with no baking required. This dessert is rich, chocolatey, and has a gooey center.
Ingredients
- 4 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Melt chocolate and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Stir in sugar until dissolved.
- Add the egg and vanilla, mixing well.
- Fold in flour and salt until just combined.
- Pour batter into greased ramekins.
- Air fry at 350°F for 8-10 minutes until edges are set but center is still soft.
- Let cool for 1 minute before serving.

- Use high-quality chocolate for best results.
- Do not overcook to maintain the lava center.
