Description
A quick and easy air fryer lava cake with a molten chocolate center.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 square (1 oz) dark chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Pour half the batter into a greased ramekin.
- Place the chocolate square in the center.
- Cover with the remaining batter.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until edges set but center is soft.
- Let cool for 1 minute before serving.
Notes
- Use a ramekin that fits in your air fryer.
- Do not overcook to keep the center molten.
- Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
