Description
A quick and easy air fryer lava cake with a soft, gooey center.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into a greased ramekin.
- Air fry at 350°F (180°C) for 8-10 minutes.
- Let cool for 1 minute before serving.
Notes
- Do not overbake to keep the center soft.
- Use a toothpick to check doneness—edges should be set, but the center should be slightly wet.
- Serve warm for best texture.
