Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts evenly with the marinade.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with lemon slices.
