Description
Light and tangy lemon mousse bites made in an air fryer for a quick dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon zest
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 mini phyllo cups
Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in powdered sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
- Spoon the mixture into mini phyllo cups.
- Place cups in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 300°F for 5 minutes.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh lemon juice for best flavor.
- Do not overfill the phyllo cups.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
