Description
Delicious and flavorful pork skewers marinated in lemongrass and cooked in an air fryer for a quick and easy meal.
Ingredients
- 500g pork shoulder, cut into cubes
- 2 stalks lemongrass, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix lemongrass, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, honey, black pepper, and vegetable oil.
- Add pork cubes to the marinade and coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated pork onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
- Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until the pork is golden and cooked through.
- Serve hot with rice or a side salad.
Notes
- For best results, marinate the pork overnight.
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the pork cubes.
- If using metal skewers, no soaking is required.
