Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails (6-8 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise.
  3. Gently pull the meat upward, keeping it attached at the base.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture.
  6. Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket, shell-side down.
