Ingredients
- 2 lobster tails (6-8 oz each)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise.
- Gently pull the meat upward, keeping it attached at the base.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture.
- Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket, shell-side down.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes or until the meat is opaque and firm.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.

- Thaw frozen lobster tails in the refrigerator overnight before cooking.
