Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, milk, egg, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
- In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Roll each mac and cheese ball in the breadcrumb mixture to coat evenly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the coated balls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
