Description

A quick and delicious mango pudding made in an air fryer, perfect for a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup water


Instructions

  1. Blend mangoes, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Mix cornstarch with water to form a slurry.
  3. Combine mango mixture with cornstarch slurry in a saucepan. Cook on low heat until thickened.
  4. Pour mixture into ramekins and place in the air fryer.
  5. Cook at 320°F for 15 minutes.
  6. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
