Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Add chopped bacon and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Drizzle with maple syrup and cook for 2 more minutes.
