Description
Crispy Brussels sprouts with a sweet and smoky maple-bacon glaze, cooked in an air fryer for a quick and delicious side dish.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Add chopped bacon and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Drizzle with maple syrup and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Serve immediately.
