Delicious homemade maple bars made easily in your air fryer. These fluffy doughnuts are topped with a sweet maple glaze for a perfect breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp milk
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
- Shape dough into small bars and place in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 350°F for 6-8 minutes until golden.
- Mix powdered sugar, maple syrup, and milk to make the glaze.
- Dip each bar into the glaze and let set before serving.
Notes
- Let the dough rest for 10 minutes before shaping.
- Adjust cooking time if bars are larger.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
