Description
A delicious and moist bundt cake made in the air fryer, infused with maple flavor for a sweet treat.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Grease a small bundt pan with butter or non-stick spray.
- In a bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Alternately add dry ingredients and milk to the wet mixture, mixing until combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan.
- Place pan in the air fryer basket and cook for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
Notes
- Use pure maple syrup for best flavor.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving if desired.
