Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Grease a small bundt pan with butter or non-stick spray.
  3. In a bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and maple syrup until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  7. Alternately add dry ingredients and milk to the wet mixture, mixing until combined.
  8. Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan.
  9. Place pan in the air fryer basket and cook for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
