Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, and cloves.
- In another bowl, mix maple syrup, brown sugar, oil, vanilla, milk, and apple cider vinegar.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
- Pour batter into a greased cake pan that fits in your air fryer.
- Air fry for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use a 6-inch cake pan for best results.
- Check doneness at 20 minutes to prevent overbaking.
- Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with extra maple syrup for serving.
