Description

Crispy, nutty biscotti with a hint of maple sweetness, perfect for dipping in coffee or tea.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add pecans, maple syrup, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
  4. Shape the dough into a log and place it in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes, then remove and let cool for 5 minutes.
  6. Slice the log into biscotti pieces and return to the air fryer.
  7. Cook for another 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  8. Let cool completely before serving.
