Crispy, nutty biscotti with a hint of maple sweetness, perfect for dipping in coffee or tea.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add pecans, maple syrup, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Shape the dough into a log and place it in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes, then remove and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Slice the log into biscotti pieces and return to the air fryer.
- Cook for another 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Let cool completely before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- For extra crunch, toast the pecans before adding them to the dough.
