Description
A quick and easy air fryer ham steak glazed with maple syrup for a sweet and savory meal.
Ingredients
- 1 ham steak (about 1 inch thick)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix maple syrup and Dijon mustard.
- Place ham steak in the air fryer basket.
- Brush half of the maple syrup mixture over the ham.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Flip the ham, brush with remaining glaze, and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
