Ingredients
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- Fresh berries for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the mixture into the pie crust.
- Place the pie in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes.
- Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Top with fresh berries before serving (optional).

- Use cold mascarpone for best texture.
- Adjust sugar based on your preference.
- Chill the pie thoroughly before slicing.
