Description
Quick and easy mini cake bombs made in an air fryer. Perfect for a sweet treat in minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add wet ingredients and stir until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Scoop batter into greased mini cake molds or silicone cups.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use silicone molds for easy removal.
- Adjust cook time based on your air fryer model.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
