Quick and easy mini cake bombs made in an air fryer. Perfect for a sweet treat in minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add wet ingredients and stir until combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  5. Scoop batter into greased mini cake molds or silicone cups.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
