Description
Easy mini cheesecakes made in an air fryer with a creamy texture and classic taste.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 vanilla wafer cookies
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
- Place a vanilla wafer in each muffin liner.
- Fill liners 3/4 full with cheesecake batter.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until set.
- Chill for 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for smoother batter.
- Let cheesecakes cool before refrigerating.
- Top with fruit or chocolate if desired.
