Description
A quick and easy mini meatloaf recipe made in the air fryer. Perfect for a single serving or small family meal.
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 small egg
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a small loaf.
- Place the loaf in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Let rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Check internal temperature (160°F) if unsure of doneness.
- Double the recipe for a larger serving.
