Quick and easy mini pastry desserts made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 2 tbsp fruit jam
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the puff pastry into small squares or circles.
- Place a small amount of jam in the center of each piece.
- Fold the pastry over the jam to create mini pockets.
- Brush the tops with egg wash.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
