Description
Quick and easy mini quiches made in an air fryer with festive fillings. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or snacks.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup diced ham
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into small circles to fit a muffin tin.
- Press the pastry into greased muffin tin holes.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Divide cheese, ham, spinach, and bell peppers among the pastry cups.
- Pour the egg mixture over the fillings in each cup.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes until golden and set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use any fillings you prefer, such as mushrooms or bacon.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes.
