Description

Crispy, coffee-flavored biscotti made easily in your air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee granules
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
  2. Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs, vanilla, and coffee granules.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Shape dough into two logs on parchment paper.
  8. Air fry for 15 minutes until firm.
  9. Cool for 10 minutes, then slice diagonally.
  10. Air fry slices for 5 minutes per side until crisp.
