Description
Crispy, coffee-flavored biscotti made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp instant coffee granules
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
- Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in eggs, vanilla, and coffee granules.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Shape dough into two logs on parchment paper.
- Air fry for 15 minutes until firm.
- Cool for 10 minutes, then slice diagonally.
- Air fry slices for 5 minutes per side until crisp.
Notes
- Store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
- Dough logs should be about 1-inch thick.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
