Easy and quick air fryer cake bites that stay moist and delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, oil, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Spoon the batter into greased silicone molds or small ramekins.
- Place molds in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes.
- Check for doneness with a toothpick. Let cool before serving.

- Use silicone molds for easy removal.
