Description

A delicious and easy-to-make Air Fryer Mont Blanc Tart with a crisp crust and creamy chestnut filling.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup sweetened chestnut puree
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into circles to fit your tart molds.
  3. Brush the pastry with egg wash and air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Let the tart shells cool, then fill with chestnut puree.
  5. Top with whipped cream and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
