Description
A delicious and easy-to-make Air Fryer Mont Blanc Tart with a crisp crust and creamy chestnut filling.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup sweetened chestnut puree
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into circles to fit your tart molds.
- Brush the pastry with egg wash and air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the tart shells cool, then fill with chestnut puree.
- Top with whipped cream and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- Use store-bought puff pastry for convenience.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
- Serve chilled for best texture.
