Ingredients
- 2 eggs

- 1/2 avocado, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly brush the bread with olive oil and place it in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 2 minutes until slightly toasted.
- Crack the eggs into a small bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the eggs over the bread and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Air fry for another 5 minutes until the eggs are set.
- Top with sliced avocado and serve immediately.
