A flavorful and easy air fryer recipe for Moroccan-inspired lemon chicken with warm spices.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, cumin, paprika, coriander, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken breasts with the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Sprinkle with fresh cilantro before serving.
Notes
- Marinate longer for deeper flavor (up to 2 hours).
- Adjust cooking time based on chicken thickness.
