A quick and easy single-serving brownie made in an air fryer using biscuit dough. Perfect for a small dessert fix.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup biscuit dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp butter (melted)
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, mix biscuit dough, cocoa powder, sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
- Stir until well combined.
- Place the mug in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 350°F (180°C) for 8-10 minutes.
- Check for doneness with a toothpick (should come out clean).
- Let cool slightly before serving.
