A quick and easy low-calorie mug brownie made in an air fryer. Perfect for a single serving dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar substitute
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar substitute, and baking powder in a microwave-safe mug.
- Add applesauce, water, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Place the mug in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 320°F (160°C) for 8-10 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before eating.
Notes
- Check for doneness with a toothpick—if it comes out clean, it’s ready.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more sugar substitute if needed.
- For a richer taste, add a few dark chocolate chips before cooking.
