A quick and easy single-serving brownie made in the air fryer, perfect for when you crave a chocolatey treat without using an oven.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/8 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil or melted butter
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Place the mug in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 350°F (180°C) for 8-10 minutes.
- Check for doneness—the top should be set but slightly gooey inside.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before eating.
Notes
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- For a richer taste, add a bit more cocoa powder.
- Check doneness earlier if your air fryer runs hot.
