A quick and easy single-serving mug cake made in the air fryer in just 10 minutes. Perfect for a fast dessert.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, mix flour, sugar, and baking powder.
- Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Place the mug in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 350°F (180°C) for 8-10 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before eating.
Notes
- Do not overfill the mug—leave space for the cake to rise.
- Check doneness with a toothpick—it should come out clean.
