A quick and easy high-protein mug cake made in the air fryer. Perfect for a healthy dessert or snack.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg white
- 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp honey or sugar-free syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients in a microwave-safe mug.
- Add wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 2 minutes.
- Place the mug in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until firm.
- Let cool slightly before eating.

- Use a mug that fits comfortably in your air fryer.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Top with Greek yogurt or berries for extra protein.
