Ingredients
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp granulated sweetener (e.g., erythritol)
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, mix flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, and baking powder.
- Add almond milk, vanilla extract, and oil. Stir until smooth.
- Place the mug in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 350°F (180°C) for 5-6 minutes until the cake rises and is firm.
- Let it cool slightly before eating.
