Description
A quick and easy mug cake made in an air fryer, perfect for a fast dessert.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Place the mug in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 350°F (180°C) for 5-7 minutes.
- Check if the cake is done by inserting a toothpick. If it comes out clean, it’s ready.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by reducing or increasing sugar.
- For a richer flavor, add chocolate chips.
- Ensure the mug is microwave and air fryer safe.
