Ingredients
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Place the mug in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before eating.
Notes
- Use a large mug to prevent overflow.
- Check doneness with a toothpick—if it comes out clean, it’s ready.
- Top with whipped cream or chocolate chips if desired.
