Description
A quick and easy air fryer mug cake made with biscuit dough for a delicious single-serve treat.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup biscuit dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Mix biscuit dough, sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a microwave-safe mug.
- Stir in chocolate chips if using.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the mug in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before eating.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- For a richer flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg.
- Top with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
