Description
A quick and easy air fryer mug cookie that’s crispy on the outside and soft inside.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg yolk
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix melted butter, brown sugar, white sugar, and vanilla in a microwave-safe mug.
- Add egg yolk and stir until smooth.
- Mix in flour and salt until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Place mug in the air fryer and cook at 350°F (180°C) for 8-10 minutes.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before eating.
Notes
- Do not overcook to maintain a soft center.
- Adjust sweetness by reducing sugar if needed.
- Use a wide mug for even cooking.
