Description
A quick and easy high-protein cookie made in an air fryer using a mug.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp milk (any type)
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients in a mug.
- Add peanut butter, honey, and milk. Stir well.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Place the mug in the air fryer.
- Cook at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before eating.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Use a microwave-safe mug.
- Check doneness with a toothpick.
