A quick and easy air fryer mug cookie with a soft center, perfect for a single serving dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg yolk
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon chocolate chips
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, melt the butter.
- Add brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Mix in the egg yolk until fully combined.
- Add flour, chocolate chips, and salt. Stir until a thick batter forms.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 2 minutes.
- Place the mug in the air fryer basket and cook for 6-8 minutes until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
- Let cool for 1 minute before serving.
Notes
- Do not overcook to keep the center soft.
