Description

Make soft and fluffy naan bread quickly with your air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add yogurt and oil, then mix well.
  3. Gradually add warm water to form a soft dough.
  4. Knead for 5 minutes until smooth. Cover and rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Divide dough into 4 equal parts and roll into oval shapes.
  6. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Place one naan in the air fryer basket and cook for 4 minutes, flipping halfway.
  8. Brush with melted butter and garnish with cilantro.
  9. Repeat with remaining dough.
