Description
Make soft and fluffy naan bread quickly with your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt.
- Add yogurt and oil, then mix well.
- Gradually add warm water to form a soft dough.
- Knead for 5 minutes until smooth. Cover and rest for 30 minutes.
- Divide dough into 4 equal parts and roll into oval shapes.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place one naan in the air fryer basket and cook for 4 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Brush with melted butter and garnish with cilantro.
- Repeat with remaining dough.
Notes
- Use Greek yogurt for a thicker consistency.
- Roll dough evenly for even cooking.
- Adjust thickness based on preference.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
