Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup grated apple (about 1 medium apple)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk egg, milk, honey, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in grated apple.
