Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 cup grated apple (about 1 medium apple)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk egg, milk, honey, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in grated apple.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions into the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway.
- Cool slightly before serving.
