Description
Make these easy air fryer oatmeal energy bars for a quick and healthy snack. They are packed with oats, nuts, and dried fruit for a boost of energy.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
- 1/4 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, or chopped dates)
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp nut butter (peanut or almond butter)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into a lined air fryer basket or small baking dish.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes until golden and firm.
- Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.

- Use parchment paper for easy removal.
