Make these easy air fryer oatmeal energy bars for a quick and healthy snack. They are packed with oats, nuts, and dried fruit for a boost of energy.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
  • 1/4 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, or chopped dates)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp nut butter (peanut or almond butter)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into a lined air fryer basket or small baking dish.
