Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl.
- Add bell peppers, onions, cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Pour mixture into greased muffin tin or silicone molds.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
