Crisp and flavorful biscotti with orange zest and almonds, perfect for dipping in coffee.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Whisk eggs, vanilla, and orange zest in another bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in almonds.
- Shape dough into a log and air fry for 15 minutes.
- Slice into biscotti and air fry for another 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
