Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1/4 cup milk


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  5. Stir in orange juice and zest.
  6. Alternate adding flour mixture and milk, mixing until smooth.
  7. Pour batter into a greased cake pan that fits your air fryer.
  8. Air fry for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before serving.
