Description
A quick and flavorful salmon dish made with a sweet and tangy orange-teriyaki glaze, cooked in an air fryer for a crispy finish.
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
- 1 green onion, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small saucepan, mix orange juice, soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Whisk cornstarch and water, then stir into the sauce. Cook until thickened (1-2 minutes).
- Pat salmon dry and place in the air fryer basket.
- Brush half the glaze over the salmon.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, brushing with remaining glaze halfway through.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh orange juice for best flavor.
- Adjust honey for sweetness preference.
- Check salmon for doneness by flaking with a fork.
