Description

A quick and flavorful salmon dish made with a sweet and tangy orange-teriyaki glaze, cooked in an air fryer for a crispy finish.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
  • 1 green onion, sliced (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, mix orange juice, soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. Whisk cornstarch and water, then stir into the sauce. Cook until thickened (1-2 minutes).
  4. Pat salmon dry and place in the air fryer basket.
  5. Brush half the glaze over the salmon.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, brushing with remaining glaze halfway through.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion before serving.
