Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 100g granulated sugar
  • 100g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp pandan extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 100ml coconut milk
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
  2. Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add pandan extract, coconut milk, and vegetable oil. Mix well.
  4. Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold gently.
  5. Pour batter into a lined baking pan that fits your air fryer.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Roll the cake while warm with a clean kitchen towel.
  8. Let it cool before unrolling and filling if desired.
