Description

Air Fryer Paneer Tikka is a quick and healthy version of the classic Indian appetizer. Marinated paneer and vegetables are cooked in the air fryer for a crispy, smoky flavor without excess oil.


Ingredients

  • 200g paneer, cubed
  • 1 bell pepper, cubed
  • 1 onion, cubed
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, oil, and salt.
  2. Add paneer, bell pepper, and onion to the marinade. Coat well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer at 180°C for 5 minutes.
  4. Arrange the marinated paneer and vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry at 180°C for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until slightly charred.
  6. Serve hot with mint chutney.

  • Use firm paneer to prevent crumbling.
  • Skewer the pieces if you prefer the traditional look.
