Description
Air Fryer Paneer Tikka is a quick and healthy version of the classic Indian appetizer. Marinated paneer and vegetables are cooked in the air fryer for a crispy, smoky flavor without excess oil.
Ingredients
- 200g paneer, cubed
- 1 bell pepper, cubed
- 1 onion, cubed
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, oil, and salt.
- Add paneer, bell pepper, and onion to the marinade. Coat well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer at 180°C for 5 minutes.
- Arrange the marinated paneer and vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry at 180°C for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until slightly charred.
- Serve hot with mint chutney.
Notes
- Use firm paneer to prevent crumbling.
- Skewer the pieces if you prefer the traditional look.
